The Cellar is available for Members to browse, and holds a broad selection of wines and spirits including a comprehensive collection of Scotland's finest single malts. Located at the rear entrance to the Club, the Club Cellar has relationships with many fine wine suppliers, providing access to a wide range of boutique and 'on premise only' products that members would never come across in their local bottle shop.

Through the Club Cellar, Members enjoy access to a selection of exquisite wines aged in the Club Cellar and released to Members throughout the year when they are at their drinking peak. We run wine masterclasses for Members and guests, and Chef's Table Dinner with matched wines from various vineyards across Australia. At these events, Members are able to discover new wines for purchase. There is also a social USCQ Cellar Dwellers Club that meets regularly to tastes and discuss various items available for Members from our Cellar.  The Club would be pleased to try and track down that special case of wine for members or help with supply for their special occasions.

Member are welcome to book the Cellar for lunches or dinners for themselves and their guests. The Cellar is also available for hire for external events. To find out how to become a member, go to our membership application page
